The perfect cup of spiced Indian masala chai sweetened with Off Sugar — full flavour, zero glycemic spike, ideal for diabetics.

Ingredients Needed

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp black tea leaves
  • 1–2 tsp DailyOrigins Off Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2–3 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 2 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  • ½ inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves

Step-by-Step Directions

Combine water, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then add tea leaves. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
