Shipping & Return Policies

We ship products directly from our Gurugram HQ facility across India. All orders are processed and packaged within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

• **Metro Cities**: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
• **Non-Metro Cities**: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
• **Express Shipping**: Delivered within 48 hours in select pincodes (additional charges calculated at checkout).

Once your shipment leaves our hub, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor delivery status.

As Off Sugar is a food consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened pouches due to hygiene standards. However, we offer a **7-day replacement or refund** under the following conditions:

• The outer pack was damaged, punctured, or wet at delivery time.
• You received a product different from the one ordered (e.g. incorrect pack size).
• Your order did not arrive within 10 business days.

To claim a replacement, please email photos of the packaging to support@dailyorigins.in with your order invoice.

You can cancel your order within **2 hours of transaction completion** for a full refund. Once the package has been handed over to our shipping carriers, we cannot process cancellations. Refunds for cancelled orders are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
