Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched at no cost. To cancel, email us at med.insura1@gmail.com or call +91 9650705972 with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the conditions below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at med.insura1@gmail.com, sharing your order number and clear photos (and, ideally, an unboxing video). Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

3. Returns on Food Products

As Off Sugar is a consumable food product, for hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of pouches that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival (see Section 2). Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• Online (prepaid) payments — refunded to your original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking) via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer or UPI to details you provide, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.

The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
